Who we are

Orders and prices

• All prices are in Singapore dollars (S$) and include delivery within Singapore.
• Payment is taken at checkout on our secure checkout page. Pay in 3 with Atome is subject to Atome's own terms.
• Your order is confirmed once payment goes through. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error.

Delivery

We deliver within Singapore only. Orders placed before the daily cut-off shown on the product page are dispatched the same working day. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 working days. Public holidays may add a day.

Returns

Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms.

About the product

• LIVETAL is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Take 1 to 2 sachets a day, as printed on the box. Do not exceed this.
• If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a medical condition, check with your doctor before use.
• Individual experiences vary. Customer stories on our website describe personal experiences and are not a promise of results.
• Information from Coach Vicki is general wellness guidance, not medical advice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Singapore consumer protection law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
