Returns & refunds
Try LIVETAL with less risk. Here is exactly how returns work.

The short version
- Open one box and try it.
- Not for you? Within 30 days of delivery, send back the boxes you have not opened and we refund them in full.
- On the 60-Day Ritual (3 boxes), that means you only pay for the one box you tried.
- Arrived damaged, leaking or wrong? We replace it free.
What can be returned
- Unopened boxes, with the seal and all 20 sachets intact, returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Opened boxes and loose sachets cannot be returned, for hygiene and food-safety reasons.
- Free gifts that came with your order (such as the Hawker Liver-Friendly Guide) do not need to be returned.
How to return
- WhatsApp Coach Vicki or email us with your order number and how many unopened boxes you are returning.
- We reply with the return address.
- Send the boxes back. Please keep your postage receipt.
- Once the boxes reach us and we have checked they are unopened, we refund the value of those boxes to your original payment method.
Return postage is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
How much is refunded
Each unopened box is refunded at the per-box price you actually paid. For example, on the 60-Day Ritual (S$259 for 3 boxes), each box is S$86.33, so returning 2 unopened boxes gives you S$172.67 back.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. If you paid with Atome, the refund is processed through Atome and your remaining instalments are adjusted by Atome.
Damaged, leaking or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, a sachet is leaking or bloated, or we sent the wrong item, WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a free replacement. You do not need to return the damaged item.
